gas industry. Mitch's innovative leadership and extensive industry expertise have positioned him
as a driving force in advancing operational efficiency and safety within the sector.

Joe Burns, President of Manufacturing, has over 14 years of oilfield equipment manufacturing
experience, including 13 years specializing in snubbing equipment. With hands-on expertise in
hydraulic systems troubleshooting and diagnostics, he has overseen the successful build of more
than 65 snubbing units. Joe’s technical knowledge and leadership drive manufacturing efficiency,
product reliability, and industry-leading quality, ensuring the company consistently meets the
demands of the oilfield sector.

Hugh Hartzog, Chief Financial Officer, has over 11 years of experience in financial management
and strategic planning. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and a
master’s degree from Tulane University. Hugh began his career as a Cost Control Manager at a
large-capital construction company, later advancing to Senior Analyst at Wood Mackenzie and
Senior Principal at Gartner Inc., specializing in market analysis and strategic advisory. In his
current role with the company, he leads financial strategy, risk management, and performance
optimization, driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Quintin Richterberg, Chief Operating Officer, brings 27 years of oil and gas experience,
including 21 years specializing in snubbing operations. He has managed product service lines in
regional and global roles with one of the world’s largest oil and gas service companies, driving
operational excellence and strategic growth. Based in Houston, TX, Quintin is also a successful
entrepreneur, further showcasing his leadership and business acumen.

Kevin Folwark, Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Snubbertech, is a leading expert in the
design and manufacture of snubbing rigs and pressure control equipment. With a career rooted in
operating and building snubbing equipment, he combines hands-on expertise with innovative
engineering to develop reliable, cutting-edge solutions. Under his leadership, Snubbertech has set
industry standards for performance and safety, establishing itself as a leader in pressure control
